For those taking Job Training courses, we require six
items for registration:
- Proof of status
If you are a U.S. Citizen… birth certificate
or passport
If you are not a U.S. Citizen… green / white card
or anything else that shows your status
- Proof of address
Bill, bank statement or drivers license
Document must have your name on it.
- Proof of income
Check stub, W2, letter of support.
If your spouse is supporting you then his / her check stub
and your marriage certificate are enough
- Social Security Card
- Resume
- Photo ID
