Primavera gives today’s project managers and schedulers the one thing they value most: control. It enables project teams to collaborate in real time on contracts and their modifications, drawings, and submittals, meeting minutes, and correspondence to help anticipate issues and control projects to a successful conclusion. During this course participants will gain a thorough background in the concepts of planning and scheduling while learning Primavera and Microsoft Project.

 

Time Allocation:

Project Management is a 60 hour course comprised of 15 sessions.
