Course Benefits:
This course provides a fundamental understanding of Computer Numerical Control.
Participants will learn step-by-step how CNC and Master CAM technology interact together
to create parts. Upon completion of this program students will be able to utilize this
technology in product development, programming of mechanical machinery.
Time Allocation:
CNC Master CAM is an 80 hour course comprised of 20 sessions.
This course will include:
Students will be introduced to programming techniques (“G,” “M” Codes)
and will be able to develop programs for computer numerically controlled machines, choose machining
processes, select appropriate tools, determine the sequence of their application, and create
samples of machine parts.

Numerical Control Systems
Process Planning and Tool Selection
Tool Changing and Tool Registers
Programming Coordinates
Two-Axis and Three-Axis Programming
Master CAM Mill
This course is ideal for:
Engineers, Designers, Production, Manufacturing, Tool and Die Designers, Sheet Metal and Machinists.
Prerequisite:
Knowledge or experience in Mechanical Design Manufacturing or Machining processes. |
